Instructions

  1. Cut the tomato into thin slices, place in a baking dish, season with a little salt and pepper. Place the slice of feta on top of the tomato slices and sprinkle with garlic powder. For the grill you need aluminum foil folded into a shell, which is coated with a little oil, then prepare the recipe as described and place it on the foil instead of in the baking dish At the end, wrap the whole thing with another piece of foil so that the cheese is completely enclosed. Takes about 10 minutes on the grill.
  4. Green salad, flatbread or crispy roasted multigrain toast go well with this.
