- Cut the fish fillet into pieces of equal size, season with salt and pepper on both sides and place next to each other in a heat-resistant dish.
- Cut the tomatoes into fine strips, finely chop the garlic and onion.
- Finely chop the herbs or finely chop the rosemary needles. Finely mash the peppers in a mortar.
- Mix the onion, garlic, herbs and peppers and sprinkle on the fish.
- Place the tomato strips on top, season with salt, pepper and drizzle with the oil.
- Oven 200 degrees, circulating air 180 degrees (preheated) 15 - 20 minutes.
- Rosemary potatoes or bread go well with it.
