Instructions
- Clean and wash the celery and remove the stalks from the stalk.
- Cut off the light green leaves and finely chop the crispest.
- Cook the sticks in vegetable stock for 15 minutes, drain and place in a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Now whisk the cream, the grated cheese and eggs, add the chopped celery leaves. Pour over the celery.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Tip: The pure bouillon eliminates the need to add salt and pepper!
