Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the celery and remove the stalks from the stalk.
  2. Cut off the light green leaves and finely chop the crispest.
  3. Cook the sticks in vegetable stock for 15 minutes, drain and place in a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Now whisk the cream, the grated cheese and eggs, add the chopped celery leaves. Pour over the celery.
