Rinse the grapes, cut them in half, remove the seeds if necessary and place in two small ovenproof dishes.
Separate egg. Beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff. Put the egg yolks and the crushed goat cheese under the egg whites. Put the egg and cheese cream on the grapes and grill under the preheated grill for about 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese foam is lightly browned.
Pour some vino santo or sherry over the grapes and serve immediately.
