All ingredients should already be prepared as stated above. I cut open the shell on the back of the shrimp with scissors, make a cut in the back with the knife and remove the intestines. I leave the tank on, it gives me more flavor.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Place the prawns in an ovenproof dish, they should be next to each other. Pour the white wine over it, distribute the garlic, chilli and herbs evenly on top, drizzle with a little lemon juice. Salt and pepper and put a few slices of butter on top.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes, the prawns should be pink.
