Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Grease the baking dish with butter. Place the apple slices in them, overlapping them. Drizzle with calvados and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (E). Put the mascarpone in a bowl, add the eggs and sugar and whip with the mixer until light yellow and creamy. Sprinkle with cinnamon, carefully season with salt. Spoon the cream over the apples. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Serve hot.
