Instructions

  1. Wipe and dry the fillet. Cut into 8 pieces. Wrap each medallion with a slice of bacon. Clean the mushrooms and cut in half. Fry in hot oil and season lightly with pepper, set aside. Cut the onions into rings, season with salt and pepper and sweat in hot oil until they are a nice brownish yellow color. Also set aside.
  2. Now sear the pork fillets in a pan and turn them several times. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Then put the pork fillets in a sufficiently large baking dish. Spread the mushrooms over the top. Then pour the onion rings over it. Now season with salt, pepper and the garlic seasoning. Pour cream over it. Finally sprinkle the parmesan and gouda on top.
  3. Bake at approx. 180 ° C in a fan oven for approx. 30 minutes.
  4. Homemade hash browns and possibly bacon beans go well with this.
