Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and turn them in 50g flour. Mix the remaining flour, eggs, milk and crushed garlic together. Season the dough with salt, pepper and nutmeg and let it soak for 15 minutes. Pull the mushrooms through the dough and bake the white portions in hot fat until golden.
