Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as usual, drain and set aside. Heat some butter in a pan and fry the cooked ham a little. Put the pasta with the ham in the pan and let it roast a little so that it becomes a little crispy on one side. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the spices and then pour them over the pasta. Let the eggs set.
  2. Tip: We add ketchup over the pasta and eat cucumber or green salad with lots of yoghurt dressing.
