Peel the pears and cut in half lengthways. Remove the core housing. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Place the pear halves on a baking sheet with the opening facing up. Crumble the blue cheese and mix with the walnuts. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each pear half. Crumble the rusk slice and pour the crumbs over the pear filling. Baked in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Line the plates with the washed lettuce. Drizzle this with the olive oil and place the hot pear on top. Serve with freshly baked ciabatta.
