Place four pineapple slices in a greased baking dish. Brush with orange jam, then place the other four slices on top.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Put the oat flakes, sugar and almonds in the saucepan and mix with the butter. Spread this mixture over the pineapple slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Garnish the baked pineapple with orange peel strips and orange wedges. Serve warm or cold.
