Wash the plaice fillets briefly and defrost frozen ones. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and place side by side in a flat, buttered ovenproof dish.
Mix the cream and mustard and season with ginger, curry and salt. Pour the sauce over the plaice fillets. Cover the fillets with flakes of butter, sprinkle with almonds and lightly dust with paprika.
Put top / bottom heat in the preheated oven at at least 180 ° C. The plaice fillets are done after about 25 minutes.
