- Preheat the plates!
- Cut the bacon into small cubes. Wash the clods, pat dry and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Turn in the flour and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown for 5-7 minutes, preferably in 2 pans at the same time.
- Fry the bacon cubes in the frying fat until crispy. Add the butter and let it froth.
- Arrange the clods on the preheated plates and pour the bacon stick over them. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
- Serve with boiled potatoes and green salad.
