Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel the apple and cut into 2-3 cm thick slices. Rub the loin slices with the mixture of curry, salt and pepper, fry briefly and place in an ovenproof dish.
Then fry the onion rings in the pan until golden brown and distribute them over the pieces of meat. Fry the apple wedges and layer them on the onion rings.
Deglaze the pan with apple juice, melt the cream cheese in it and season with curry, salt and pepper (if the mixture is too thick, add broth) and pour over the meat, apple and onion layer.
Baked in the oven at 150 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
