Cut the pork fillets into thin slices, fry them briefly and remove them from the pan. Fry the bacon until crispy. Also remove from the pan. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices, also fry briefly.
Heat the hollandaise sauce and add the mushrooms and mix.
Briefly put the toast in the toaster. Then top with the bacon, the pork tenderloin, the sauce with mushrooms, the tomatoes and the butter cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until the cheese melts nicely and is slightly golden brown.
Tip: I use two small casserole dishes because of the sauce, otherwise it could melt.
