Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Brush a small baking dish with olive oil.
Mix the oatmeal, milk, baking powder, egg white, applesauce, salt and half of the cinnamon in a bowl and place in the baking dish. Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
Garnish with the apple, nuts, cinnamon and honey.
