Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Wash the potatoes well and then pat dry. Halve crosswise with the peel. Cut each half into 3 wedges. Mix the remaining ingredients together well in a bowl, then add the potato wedges and mix everything together well.
  2. Place the potatoes side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 50 - 60 minutes (middle rack). Turn once after 40 minutes. You no longer have to lie next to each other - just turn the spatula or something around as best you can. Quickly so that not so much heat is lost.
  3. The potato wedges should be golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (sample). If they are not done yet, let them bake for another 5 - 15 minutes.
  4. We like to feast on the potato wedges as a vegetarian meal made from tapas bowls with a dip made from baked garlic (is also included in my recipes). Then the amount is enough for 2 people. Of course, a steak or grilled skewers are also very tasty, then the potato wedges are only a side dish and should be enough for up to 4 people.
