Making really delicious baked potato wedges is not as easy as it sounds. The slices are either burnt or raw … But through trial and error, I still came up with the perfect recipe. I share.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them, but don’t peel them. Cut each potato into 4 slices (along and again along). The flavor is highly dependent on the cut, so don’t experiment! You should end up with long, thin slices.
Sprinkle thoroughly with salt, pepper and spices.
Put the potato wedges on a baking sheet, greased with olive oil. The slices should lie separately, not touching each other. Sprinkle a little olive oil on top of the slices.
We send it to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes on one side, then turn over and bake for another 15 minutes on the other side.
