Scrub the potatoes and cut into wedges. Then I put them in a freezer bag.
Then add the oil and spices, depending on your taste. Hold the bag shut or seal it with a rubber band and shake vigorously so that all the potatoes have gotten some of the spices.
Spread on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees convection for about 1/2 to an hour (depends on the size of the gaps).
Can be enjoyed as a side dish to anything or just plain.
