Clean the potato under running water with a hand brush and prick several times with a fork on all sides. Put a piece of kitchen paper in the microwave and place the potato on top. Cook 100 g for 4 minutes at 800 W (8 minutes at 200 g). Turn over halfway through the cooking time (grippers are helpful). Do a little cooking test, the fork must pierce the potato lightly.
In the meantime, take as many pieces of aluminum foil as there are potatoes, brush them with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then wrap the potatoes and place them in the microwave that is not switched on for a few minutes.
