Peel the potatoes and cut lengthways into wedges. Squeeze the lemon. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and freshly ground black pepper in a baking dish. Roll the potato wedges in the marinade and bake in the preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 1 hour.
A Greek salad goes well with the patátes ston foúrno riganátes.
