Instead of ordinary mashed potatoes or stewed potatoes, you can cook an equally tasty and definitely more festive dish – baked potatoes stuffed with meat and cheese. These potatoes look incredibly appetizing.
Boil the beef in salted water. Line a baking sheet with foil. Brush each potato with a little sunflower oil and season with salt. Place vegetables on a baking sheet. Bake for an hour in an oven preheated to 180 ° C to soften the potatoes.
Divide the ready-made meat into fibers and mix them in the sauce. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and slice each potato lengthwise. Squeeze it slightly to open the cut. Now fill the potato with the meat and sauce filling.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and send the dish back to the oven to melt the cheese. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped onions and herbs. Drizzle with sauce or sour cream.
