A real delight – baked potatoes under a fragrant crunchy crust made of cheese, butter, herbs, and garlic. This recipe can be used to cook new potatoes in the oven.
Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender (about 20 minutes). Let the boiled potatoes cool slightly.
Chop greens (parsley).
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Peel the garlic and also grate it on a fine grater.
Mix the softened butter with cheese, herbs and garlic. Add black pepper or other spices to taste. If the cheese is not too salty, you can also add salt to taste.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Cut the potatoes in half and place them in the dish, cut up. Place a fragrant cheese mixture on each potato half.
Bake potatoes with cheese, herbs, and garlic in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees, until golden brown.
