Prick the potatoes a few times with a fork, sprinkle with salt (not too much) and drizzle with a little olive oil. Then put the tray in the oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30 - 45 minutes.
We always have it when barbecuing. Tastes great with herb quark or herb butter, and aioli doesn`t go badly either.
