Brush the potatoes neatly and cut in half. Then mix the flax seeds, sesame seeds, pepper and salt and place in a flat dish. Now dip the damp cut surfaces into the mixture and press down a little.
Brush a baking sheet with olive oil and place the dipped potatoes on the baking sheet with the cut surface facing down. Now scratch the surfaces a little and brush with olive oil. Bake the potatoes for 1 hour.
The potatoes taste good as a side dish with meat and fish or with herb quark as a main meal.
