Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes well and prick several times with a fork. Wrap in aluminum foil and cook in the oven for 60 to 90 minutes at 220 ° C, depending on the size of the potatoes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into small cubes, mix in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix the quark with the olive oil and basil and season with salt and pepper, possibly other spices, depending on your taste.
  3. At the end of the cooking time, take the potatoes out of the oven, remove the foil and cut the potatoes crosswise. Carefully break something apart and put a quarter of the filling in each potato. Then wrap the potatoes in the aluminum foil again and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes at the same temperature.
  4. Remove the foil and serve the potatoes with basil quark.
  5. The potatoes can also be cooked on the grill or on the fire instead of in the oven.
