Rub the quinces with a dry cloth and remove the fluff, individually wrap in aluminum foil, but pack loosely (a small air space should be created in which the heat can circulate). Bake these aluminum packets in the oven for one to one and a half hours (depending on size!) At 200 degrees Celsius.
Beat the whipped cream, adding the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Then take the aluminum packet out of the oven, cut the quinces in half crosswise, cut out the core with a sharp-edged spoon and pile the whipped cream in this cavity.
It smells and tastes irresistibly good and it`s made easy!
