Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Thaw the fish fillets, salt and pepper on both sides and drizzle with lemon juice. Wash and clean the zucchini, halve lengthways and cut into thin slices. Pluck the thyme and chop the leaves. Peel and finely dice the onions.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, fry the onions and zucchini briefly and vigorously, then remove from the heat. Add the bechamel sauce, cheese and 2/3 of the thyme, stir and season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the fish fillets side by side in a baking dish that has been greased with the rest of the oil. Spread the bechamel vegetables on top and cook everything in the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with the remaining thyme leaves.
  4. Rice goes well with it.
