Instructions

  1. Process zucchini into zoodles (alternatively, chop up similarly or roughly grate) and place in a baking dish (no greasing necessary in advance!). Cut the spring onions into rolls, distribute on the zoodles.
  2. Whisk eggs with milk and salt, pepper and other spices to taste. Cut the mozzarella and feta into cubes and mix with the egg mixture. Give this mix over the zoodles.
  3. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Serve warm to lukewarm and garnish with fresh herbs (basil tastes good with it). A sour cream dip also works great here!
