- Peel and dice the onions. Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.
- Lightly fry both ingredients in a pan with approx. 50 g butter. Season with basil, salt and pepper and place in a flat baking dish.
- Clean the zucchini, cut in half lengthways and place on the tomato and onion mixture with the cut surface facing up.
- Mix the remaining butter, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, cream and herbs into a paste and spread on the zucchini.
