Instructions

  1. First the minced meat is fried, optionally you can sauté and fry onions and garlic beforehand. Season the minced meat. Seasoning is done according to my own ideas, personally I added a little chili to pepper and salt.
  2. The meat is then removed from the pan and placed in a small bowl. Put the finely diced sheep`s cheese in the bowl and stir until everything takes on a light sauce consistency.
  3. Meanwhile, the zucchini is cleaned and cut into two even halves, then the cut sides are fried in the pan. When they have a certain tan, they are turned over and fried for a moment on the other side.
  4. In the next step, the minced sheep`s cheese sauce is poured onto the fried cut surfaces of the zucchini. If you like it really hearty, you can add a slice of fried bacon (4 minutes in the microwave, recipe can be found at the head chef) to the minced meat sauce. Finally, the Gouda cheese is placed on the zucchini halves and everything is placed in the oven for 2 - 3 minutes at 200 degrees.
