Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Bake an omelette from it in a non-stick pan with 2 teaspoons of oil. Roll up and let cool. Cut into stripes.
  2. Chop the prawns. Heat the 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan or wok.
  3. Sweat the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the prawns and beef and cook at the same time. Add the chicken and rice, heat.
  4. Mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, tomato paste and spring onions and add to the rice, mix well.
  5. Garnish the rice while hot with the omelette strips, serve.
