Clean and chop the carrots. Dice the onions. So now fry the carrots and onions for about 6-7 minutes, depending on the firmness you want. I recommend butter for frying here, the taste is better in my opinion.
Season and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Let simmer for another 1 - 2 minutes. A wonderful side dish e.g., to a good fillet of beef.
