Instructions

  1. Put salt, sugar and pepper from the mill (try the amount, I take 6-7 quarter turns from my mill) in a bowl. Add the balsamic vinegar and stir. Then stir in the mustard, then stir in the milk and finally the oil. Alternatively, put everything in a container with a screw cap and shake. Season again at the end.
  2. We use the sauce with lamb`s lettuce and rocket.
  3. Without mustard and olive oil instead of milk, the sauce also tastes great with carpaccio.
