Ingredients

• 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 4 tablespoon oil (rapeseed oil)
• 4 tablespoon water, cold
• 2 tablespoon honey (more or less as required)
• Pepper salt
• herbs

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together. Goes with all leaf salads.
2. Everyone has to decide the amount of honey for themselves, but I think about 2 tablespoons are great. I prefer to do the whole thing in a shaker. Then the dressing will be very creamy. Simply delicious.
