Put the balsamic vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, garlic, mustard and parsley in a tall container and mix with the hand blender. Slowly add the oil and keep stirring until the mass becomes thick and thick. Then slowly mix in water until you have the desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Tip: The dressing can be kept in the refrigerator for approx. 2 - 3 weeks.
