Cook the spaetzle according to the instructions on the packet.
Cut turkey breast into cubes and dust with flour. Peel the onion, clean and core the peppers. Roll both dice. Fry together with the meat in heated oil. Add paprika powder. Salt, pepper, sugar and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Top up with broth and bring to the boil once. Stir in the crème fraiche.
Serve with the cooked spaetzle.
Tip: Rice goes very well with this dish instead of the spaetzle.
