Instructions

  1. Super fast, super easy, super tasty.
  2. Peel the onions, quarter them and fry them vigorously in a little oil, add the chopped garlic. Put the meat cut into walnut-sized pieces and fry until it takes on a light color.
  3. Now add the tomatoes and the juice of the peaches and season with salt and sambal olek. Let the whole thing boil down a little. Just before serving, add the peaches cut into approx. 1cm x 1cm and just let them get hot.
  4. There is also basmati rice!
