The milk is put in a small, coated saucepan together with the oat flakes, the finely chopped banana, the desiccated coconut, a little honey and vanilla extract and boiled while stirring. Now take the pot off the hob and cover it with a lid. He has to rest for approx. 4-5 minutes. Serve the whole thing in a bowl and garnish with desiccated coconut if you like.
