Cut the 2 ripe bananas into slices and set aside 3 slices for garnish.
In a blender, combine the remaining banana slices, 250 g yogurt, 250 ml milk, the ginger (grated), 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 teaspoons honey, and 3 pinches cinnamon.
Blend until smooth, 1-2 minutes.
Add ice cubes to 3 glasses.
Pour the lassi into the glasses.
Cut each reserved banana slice halfway through and place on the rim of each glass.
