Instructions

  1. First peel the kiwi with the help of a peeler and cut into large pieces. Also cut the banana into large pieces. Then puree the fruit with a little pineapple juice.
  2. When everything is finely pureed, add the remaining juice and coconut milk and mix well. If you like, you can also add some cream.
  3. Fill into glasses and enjoy cold.

  5. If the smoothie is too sour or tastes too little like coconut, you can simply vary the ingredients a little until it suits your own taste.
  6. The cream is not absolutely necessary, the coconut milk itself has a high fat content, which is why this smoothie is only more or less healthy, but it is tasty every now and then!
  7. You should make sure that coconut milk does not contain any additives, otherwise it will taste rancid and not really like coconut!
