Instructions

  1. Chop bananas into medium-small pieces.
  2. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Nutella over the pastry, then scatter the chopped bananas on top.
  4. Using the parchment paper, tightly roll up the pastry and press the seam firmly to seal.
  5. Position the strudel seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
