Instructions

  1. First prepare a cup of sage tea and make it strong, d. H. Let it steep for 6 - 8 minutes. Since I have fresh sage in the garden, I usually make the tea with the fresh herbs. For this I use 3 - 4 sage leaves, depending on the size of the leaves. The smoothie can also be prepared with 1 tea bag or with 3 to 4 dried leaves. Let the tea get cold.
  2. Then peel the banana, cut into pieces and stir together with the cold tea and the other ingredients in a blender until creamy. Pour the smoothie into a glass and drink it immediately.
