Instructions

  1. Cut the banana and apple into small pieces.
  2. Throw in a tall container and add the raw egg. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice as well. Now the nuts are placed on top. Puree everything small and fine with a hand blender.
  3. When everything has been pureed to a pulp, the milk can be added. Mix with the hand blender.
  4. I always fill the shake in a shaker. It makes you fit again in the morning or after exercise.
