Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease muffin tins or put paper liners in them. Wash fresh berries and sort them if necessary, pour the preserved fruits into a sieve and drain well, do not allow frozen berries to thaw.
  2. Dust the berries with the 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix the 300 g flour in a bowl with baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs lightly. Then add the sugar, vanilla sugar and fat and stir well. Mash the peeled bananas with a fork, add to the egg mixture and stir.
