Instructions

  1. Peel and chop a banana, put a few pieces of banana aside to decorate. Peel and puree the rest of the bananas.
  2. Stir the gelatine into the buttermilk with a whisk and stir for about 1 minute. Stir in the sugar with the banana puree. Layer the cream alternately with chocolate shavings in glasses. Chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove curls from the couverture with a peeler. Whip the cream until stiff. Pour a small cream tuff onto the buttermilk cream in the glass, decorate with bananas and chocolate curls.
