Instructions

  1. Cut the apple into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice and stir briefly.
  2. Puree the bananas and mix with the milk, margarine, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla flavor and salt.
  3. Mix the flour, cinnamon and baking powder in another container and stir in the banana mixture. Add the apples and stir again thoroughly.
  4. Pour cocoa into the container in which the banana mixture was previously, mix with the rest of the mixture, pour 1/3 of the batter and mix.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 °
  6. Fill the dough with a spoon in layers, preferably in silicone molds. Sprinkle on and / or spread as desired
  7. Bake for approx. 45 min. When using a loaf pan and approx. 30 min. For muffin tins
  8. Let it cool down for a few minutes so as not to burn your fingers when the trigger is released.
