Instructions
- Cut the apple into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice and stir briefly.
- Puree the bananas and mix with the milk, margarine, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla flavor and salt.
- Mix the flour, cinnamon and baking powder in another container and stir in the banana mixture. Add the apples and stir again thoroughly.
- Pour cocoa into the container in which the banana mixture was previously, mix with the rest of the mixture, pour 1/3 of the batter and mix.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °
- Fill the dough with a spoon in layers, preferably in silicone molds. Sprinkle on and / or spread as desired
- Bake for approx. 45 min. When using a loaf pan and approx. 30 min. For muffin tins
- Let it cool down for a few minutes so as not to burn your fingers when the trigger is released.
