Instructions

  1. Mix flour with baking powder and place in a sealable bowl (about 3 l) and mix with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs and banana milk and put the lid on the bowl. Shake the bowl for 15-30 seconds so that all the ingredients are well mixed. Stir everything carefully with a whisk or mixing spoon so that dry ingredients are mixed in from the edge. Place a baking frame on a baking sheet (30 x 40 cm, greased). Pour in the dough, smooth it out and put the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 ° C. Let the cake cool down after baking.
  2. Wash the cherries (remove the stems and stone the fresh cherries). Mix the pudding powder with the banana milk and egg yolk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Beat the egg whites until stiff and immediately fold into the pudding. Let the pudding cool down.
