Instructions

  1. Dough:
  2. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve over it and stir in.
  3. Drain the sour cherries well (collect the juice) and add them to the batter. Spread the entire dough on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Covering:
  5. Cook the pudding with milk and sugar according to the instructions on the packet and, after cooling, stir in the butter with the mixer. Put the buttercream on the baked, cooled cake.
  6. Peel and slice the bananas and then place them on top of the buttercream. Prepare the cherry juice with the cake icing according to the instructions on the package and then distribute it evenly on the cake covered with buttercream and bananas.
