Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Halve the lemon and squeeze it.
  2. Put the banana pieces, milk, coconut blossom sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice in a blender and mix into a creamy shake. Then stir in the chia seeds.
  3. Divide the banana chia shake between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
